Mary Jane goes to camp!

ach summer Gilda’s Club of Grand Rapids hosts Camp Sparkle, a daytime summer camp that connects kids ages 6-12 who have been impacted by cancer and grief. They come together from 12:30 – 3:30 pm on Tuesdays to participate in nature activities, fun games, field trips and a retreat of laughter, learning and sharing.

On July 13, Mary Jane had the privilege of being Camp Sparkle’s special guest, leading the kids in an hour of games and activities under their theme for the day: Laughter! Thanks so much to Gilda’s for the opportunity to meet and play with these wonderful children.
