Train the Trainer

The Train the Trainer program provides a sustainable approach to cultivating and maintaining a culture based on applied improvisation. This create an environment rooted in Yes, And! The approach invites employee training that is fun, interactive, sustainable, novel, and challenging. Doing so equips team members to value visionary leadership, innovative problem solving, collaborative teamwork, and open communication.

This five-day training program teaches trainers to understand, practice, and lead workshops for your organization. Through reading, discussion, play, curriculum design, problem solving, and facilitation, trainers will learn what it takes to initiate, lead, and provide workshops in improvisation within the organization.

Group Size – no less than six, no more than 10

*Fishladder Inc. certifies facilitators giving you confidence that they are using best practices to equip your workforce with the training you need. Certification is valid for up to one year following the training with the option to renew and receive refreshers to continue to deliver a high-impact program within your organization.
